Description
Diaphragm seals are used to protect pressure measuring instruments in applications with difficult media.
In the diaphragm sealing system, the diaphragm of the diaphragm seal affects the separation effect of the instrument and the medium.
The pressure is transmitted to the measuring instrument through the pressure transmission medium inside the diaphragm seal system.
For the implementation of demanding customer applications, we have a variety of designs, materials and pressure transmission media to choose from.
Depending on the material, the welding design can also be used for nominal pressures up to 1000 bar [14,500 psi].
No additional sealing is required between the upper and lower parts of the diaphragm seal. The diaphragm seal can be installed on the measuring instrument through direct connection, and for high temperature medium measurement, it can be installed through cooling element or flexible capillary tube.
