Your reliable partner in the field of re equipment manufacturing
The pressure, temperature and liquid level measuring instruments of Schrmierer are widely used in the production and processing of onshore and offshore oil and natural gas in the world. Our measuring instruments are manufactured in strict accordance with the standards on the basis of close cooperation with ISO 15156 and members of NACE Committee. The Bourdon tube and diaphragm pressure gauges have passed the tests of different independent institutions. These laboratory tests are complex and diverse, mainly checking the tolerance time of the pressure gauge under certain temperature conditions in the acidic gas environment with different concentrations.
authentication
With the growing demand for chemical products in terms of quality and safety production, certified pressure, temperature and liquid level measuring instruments play an increasingly important role in ensuring the safety of the production process. In view of this, Schrmierer
provides various instrument certificates and certifications.

temperature measurement
This high temperature thermocouple with airtight sapphire protective tube is specially developed for gas reactors. Sapphire protects precious metal of thermocouple from toxic medium in corrosive atmosphere of gasification reactor through single crystal structure.
The purpose of shell temperature measurement is to determine tube life and trend and provide protection measures in the system. By using accurate shell and tube thermocouples, customers can protect heater operation in their facilities. This can prolong the life of furnace tube and increase the output.

Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI)
Different test methods shall be adopted for different types of sheaths. For flange type sheaths, external pressure test shall be carried out; For welded or threaded jackets, an internal pressure test shall be carried out. The level of the test pressure is determined according to the jacket structure and the flange used. The pressure usually used is between 60 and 500 bar (1.5 times of the flange rated pressure), and the pressure application time is 3 to 15 minutes.
