Magnetic Flap Ievel Gauge
Magnetic flap level gauge/level gauge is composed of bypass chamber, float and magnetic display body. The bypass chamber is connected to the tank body through at least two process interfaces (flange, thread or welding end), and the liquid level in the tank body is introduced at the same height. The float is located inside the chamber and floats on the liquid surface. The float is built with a permanent magnet. The magnetic field can pass through the tube wall of the bypass chamber and trigger the reversal of the magnetic display installed outside the bypass chamber to achieve non-contact liquid level height indication. The magnetic display body is composed of two-color plastic turnstiles or stainless steel turnstiles, each 10mm in length. The built-in small magnetic column is triggered by the magnetic steel in the float, and then turns 180 ° in turn. When the liquid level rises, it turns from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it turns from red to white. Therefore, the magnetic flap level gauge/liquid level gauge can clearly indicate the liquid level in the tank without the need for power supply.
