Compared with threaded connection, the open connecting flange has the advantage that the pressure port will not be blocked. The pressure chamber can be easily cleaned through the additional flushing connection on the open connecting flange. The measuring system with diaphragm element can provide good overvoltage protection based on the design concept that the diaphragm can support itself on the upper flange. As a standard, Model A41 diaphragm pressure gauge can achieve overload safety of 5 times of full scale value. As an option, higher overload safety can be achieved.
